Check-In/Waivers
It is required to check in with a member of our staff at the meeting
location of your tour 15 minutes prior to the start time.  See your
booking confirmation for the meeting location or call us at
340-227-8383 if you can not find it.  We can not be held responsible
for guests who arrive late for tours. If you have not checked in with
a staff member 15 minutes before the start time of the tour, you will
miss your tour and not receive a refund.

Signed waivers are required by all tour participants. If a tour participant is under the age of 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or
legal guardian.

Cancellation Policy

Groups of less than six: A refund for the full cost of the booking
will be provided for cancellations or modifications to your booking
made up to 24 hours PRIOR to departure date and time. Bookings may be
rescheduled or modified with no penalty if the changes are made up to 24 hours prior to the departure date and time. Contact our office to make any changes or to
request a cancellation/refund.

If you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours notice, do not
arrive on time (meeting time is 15 minutes before the start time of
the tour) or do not show up for your tour, then the full cost will be
non-refundable.

If a tour is rescheduled at your request outside of the regular cancelation period and the new date and time is allowed by the tour operator, your tour will not be refundable based on the new date and time. The refund policy of the first booking will apply.

Private tours or bookings with a group of 6 or more persons require seven ( 7 ) days notice prior to
departure date and time for cancellations or modifications in order to
receive a refund. If you cancel your booking with less than seven (7)
days notice, do not arrive on time (meeting time is 15 minutes before
the start time of the tour) or do not show up for your tour, then the
full cost will be non-refundable.

Gratuity:

Gratuity for regular bookings (not private) and groups of 5 or less is not included in the tour price. Standard gratuity is 15-20% of the ticket price.

Private tours: Automatic 15% gratuity will be added to your tour price and will be charged to the card on file when booking a tour or after your tour is booked if not done in the booking process. Any unpaid gratuity will be due upon check in.

Groups of 6 or more: Automatic 15% gratuity will be added to your tour price and will be charged to the card on file when booking a tour or after your tour is booked if not done in the booking process. Any unpaid gratuity will be due upon check in.

If you have a group of 6 or more persons who wish to stay together on one tour (even if booked in separate bookings), automatic 15% gratuity will be added to your tour price and will be charged to the card on file when booking a tour or after your tour is booked if not done in the booking process. Any unpaid gratuity will be due upon check in.

Tours are only confirmed when full payment for the ticket price is received.

Our tours are in nature and are highly dependent on weather
conditions. We, therefore, reserve the right to alter tours as
required. St. Thomas Adventure Tours also reserves the right to
cancel tours due to inclement weather, foreseeable hazards, or events
beyond our control. If St. Thomas Adventure Tours cancels a tour due
to inclement weather, foreseeable hazards, or events beyond our
control, St. Thomas Adventure Tours will endeavor to provide as much
notice as possible and a full refund will be issued if a tour is
canceled by St. Thomas Adventure Tours.

Groups with separate bookings:

Please contact us or mention in your booking that you and another party wish to be with the same guide. When booking, please mention the name of the other reservation if you want to be grouped together. This is necessary as some tours have two groups going out at the same time with separate guides. Guests are assigned to a particular guide in advance of the tour.

Physical and Health Requirements/Restrictions
Those with heart conditions, high blood pressure or other medical
problems should consult a physician prior to participating.  Use of
drugs or alcohol are not permitted during the tour.  Anyone under the
influence of drugs or alcohol at check-in will not be permitted to
participate in the tour.  See restrictions for the tour(s) booked
and ensure that you and the others in your group may participate in
the tour. If you do not meet the requirements/restrictions for the tours, you will be unable to participate in any part of the tour (no refunds if you do not read the restrictions and ensure you meet the requirements).

Anyone found to be in contravention of our Terms and Conditions will
also be classified as a cancellation. A refund or credit will not be
issued for any guests that are in contravention of our Terms and
Conditions.
